This Cookie Policy explains how SGEN uses cookies and similar technologies on sgen.com and on the dashboard.sgen.com customer area. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy.
This Cookie Policy covers SGEN-owned surfaces. It does not cover sites that customers build using the SGEN platform — each customer site has its own cookie practices, controlled by the customer.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to recognise your device on return visits and to store small amounts of information across pages. We also use similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and pixels — for the same purposes; we treat them collectively as "cookies" in this Policy.
Why we use cookies
We use cookies to:
- keep you signed in to your account
- remember preferences (language, theme)
- secure the platform against abuse
- measure how the platform and our marketing site are used so we can improve them

Cookies on customer sites
If you operate a site built on SGEN, you are the controller of cookies set on your site. SGEN provides tracking-consent controls you can configure: banner display, category-level opt-in, geographic scoping. Configuration is described in your customer dashboard.
Visitors to a customer's SGEN-hosted site should refer to that site's own cookie notice, which is independent of this Policy.
Managing cookies
- Through our cookie banner — on first visit to sgen.com, you can accept or reject non-essential categories.
- Through your browser — most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent SGEN from working.
- Through the Cookies link in our footer — at any time, you can change your previous choice.
Changes to this Policy
We update this Policy when we add, remove, or change a cookie. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
